Is your steno machine compatible?

     We're not going to scare you into buying a new writer. If your current one is getting by just fine, keep it. The money you save by not buying a new writer can completely pay for your Total Eclipse software.

ASCII Files and HTML Indexes

     To create an ASCII file, either click on toolbar icon or use the speedkey, Shift Alt O.
    
     At the “ASCII” dialogue, you can also make an HTML file that your clients can open in Internet Explorer or any standard web browser. It contains a built-in word index.

What about Wireless Realtime Transcription?

     Total Eclipse works very well with the StenoCast line of wireless realtime products.The StenoCast Edge is a Bluetooth transmitter that wirelessly connects your current steno machine to your computer, up to a distance of about 300 feet. Its rechargeable lithium polymer battery can work more than hours on a single charge.  It records high-definition audio that synchronized with your steno and provides dual backups for both steno and sound files.
